Members of CAPA were able to join Officers and under-privileged children at the Apex Target store to shop for Christmas presents for themselves and their families. This community outreach program by the Apex Police Department enables children to connect with local police officers as well as citizens and enjoy in the fellowship of Christmas. This project was funded solely by donations throughout the year from our community.
